Each table is 8 feet long with a backup table. Rules and Regulations I plan to attend the Ohio Coin Expo$ition on May 30 - June 1, '08 and agree to abide by its rules and regulations. This applicationis valid only to dealers or companies for the display, sale and/or trading of coins, paper money and jewelry unless otherwise authorized by the bourse chairman. Space alotted to an applicant may be sub-let or shared with another dealer if preapproved by the chairman. Only authorized dealers are permitted behind the dealer's tables. Applications may be cancelled and deposit refunded provided notice is given, in writing, at least one month prior to the show. * Police Security will be provided starting Friday 10:00 am thru Sunday 5:00 pm. Security is provided only as a convenience. Dealers should obtain their own insurnace. The dealer agrees to hold Ohio Coin Expo., its officers, promoters, employees and facility harmless for any loss or theft of dealer's property or any injury sustained at said show.
